Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want every shopping experience with us to be seamless and enjoyable.
Returns
We offer 30-day returns for all customers. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping fees. The return window starts from the day your shipment is delivered or picked up.
To qualify for a return:
✅ Items must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.
✅ Earrings must be sealed in their original, unopened packaging.

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. That’s why we offer a lifetime color warranty. If your jewelry experiences loss of color due to material defects or workmanship, we will replace it free of charge.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
